RAMcell™ (Rechargeable Alkaline Manganese) batteries are among the most environmentally responsible batteries in the world. They are ideal for use with the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap and a wide range of low to medium drain devices such as remote controls.
RAMcell rechargeable alkaline batteries should only be charged using a compatible RAMcell battery charger. Standard battery chargers are not compatible and can be dangerous if used with RAMcell batteries.
Although RAMcell batteries are suitable for use with the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap, other types of rechargeable batteries are not recommended for use with SureFlap products. This is due to the lower voltage levels that they produce.
