SureFlap was easy to fit and works perfectly, keeping out our neighbour's cat who had taken to eating our cats' food and peeing daily in our kitchen. It is also easy to programme and our cats took to it straight away, even Molly who is pretty dim. The best bit on the first day was seeing next door's cat peering in with a completely confused expression! 
SureFlap is a wonderful invention. It doesn’t let any unwanted neighbour’s cats in and I have seen the neighbour’s cat trying! Cassie is a very happy kitten now and it gives her freedom to come in and out as she pleases. I think the greatest thing is that I know Cassie is the only cat that can come in and out of my house and so I am not worried about leaving the house and dreading coming back to find that another cat has been in. It is like she has her own front door key, if you know what I mean. 
I must take this opportunity to tell you how pleased I am with the cat flap, and what a wonderful product you have produced. I have tried collar magnet and infrared cat flaps but as Pebbles loses his collars quite frequently these are no good. It works very well and he finds it easier to use than previous ones.
